Women in Ranching exists to support women on the land by cultivating community, increasing equity and building power amongst women. Most of the questions in this application ask you to share more about yourself, why you want to attend a Women in Ranching gathering, and what you bring to the table. Some of the questions in this application are meant to help us ensure that we continue to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion in our programming. Those questions are optional; you are not required to enter a response. We are still learning and working on a best-practice for capturing demographic data.
