During Women in Ranching’s in-person Confluence, we will have an extended period of time together. Ideally, by the time we meet at Confluence, you will have all cohort assignments  (inventory flow, depreciation schedule, balance sheet) complete, as well as having all 12 months of 2025 transactions categorized within your financial software. This will allow us to complete the last phase of our projects, which is to perform a 2025 business analysis or create a 2026 budget!

There will be time to work independently, to ask questions, and to collaborate and create community with the participants that you have seen only on the screen for the last 9 weeks! Don’t worry, there will be good food and some down-time as well–we all need a bit of a break by this point in the winter.
