Creating an Inventory Flow for 2025

Meeting Dates: 

• Learning Session: January 27th - 12 to 1:30 PM MST

• Office Hours: January 29th - 6 to 8 PM MST

Learning Session: This week we will build your inventory flow for 2025, which will serve as your allocation criteria for your business analysis. We will also build a template for creating an inventory flow for 2026, which will help you estimate direct costs for budgeting. We will split each enterprise into inventory categories for each month of the year, with the goal of creating a percentage allocation for overheads that takes into account both the amount of each enterprise and also how long they are present in your operation. 

Weekly Deliverable: You’ll set up a spreadsheet for your 2025 enterprises. The spreadsheet will include inventory flow for each enterprise and a percentage that can be used for allocation criteria in the future. This can be used as a template for 2026 as well.
