Confluence 2026: Rooted to Rise

Women in Ranching's annual gathering returns to Paicines Ranch in San Benito County, California, for two full days of deep connection, skill-building, and community. Honoring the International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists and the International Year of the Female Farmer, this immersive experience features keynote speakers, hands-on workshops (grazing planning, virtual fencing, nutrition, record keeping, succession planning), panel discussions on policy and global pastoral systems, and collaborative activities. Includes all meals, shared lodging, and shuttle service. Registration required.
