Cultivating Community, Building A Network,

Shaping The Future.

Welcome to Women In Ranching

This is a community and a support network for anyone who works with, cares for, or feels called to the land. Together we connect, educate, inspire, and grow as a diverse community of women in agriculture.

Women in Ranching recognizes that historical and systemic inequities often impact women today. We aim to create a connecting space for all women to be seen and affirmed in their leadership and stewardship of the land. We are committed to keeping diversity, equity, and belonging at the forefront of our board, programming, and leadership.

Our Programming

Gather With Us

We’re inviting you to join us, here’s a good place to start.

As the world changes and rural America with it, at its heart, WIR is fostering our future leaders and we believe that women are worth our investment. Allowing for women who already serve their land and communities generously, to step fully into their leadership in a way that can only happen through the collective support of community, will ultimately lead to a better world for all of us. The work we are doing at WIR is in service to the best possible land stewardship, diverse and engaged rural communities, and a resilient future.

Women In Ranching is for

You, your mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, daughter, neighbor, friend. Our goal is to create a space that feels safe for anyone who is creating a space for themselves in agriculture. WIR is for anyone who feels called to cultivate a reciprocal relationship with the land and surrounding community. If this speaks to you, we welcome you at Women in Ranching.

Our Community

Who We Are
