Our participants arrive with different levels of experience. Whether you are a seasoned rancher at the management level, are in a more supportive role, or are just getting started, we welcome you to Women in Ranching.

If you care about the land, are deeply engaged in rural communities and believe in the power of a supportive community of women, we welcome you.

Putting together our gatherings takes significant resources  — food, facilitators, lodging, travel, and more. Because of this, we're currently not able to offer refunds. If you're facing outstanding circumstances, please reach out and we'll evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Otherwise, we reserve the right to apply your ticket cost as a donation to Women In Ranching.

Depending on the location, there are times when beer or wine is available to complement a supper meal. We ask that you not bring alcohol or any illegal drugs with you. Those would be grounds for removal from the gathering.

Part of building community is creating boundaries and supporting one another to show up fully. Please find good caretakers for your loved ones so you can arrive and be fully present.

Right now, we ship within the U.S. only — as a growing nonprofit, international shipping logistics (customs, duties, varying rates) are still something we're building capacity for. We'd love to reach more of our global community down the road, so stay tuned as we grow!

As a small, women-led nonprofit, our merch runs are often limited by design — we print in small batches to keep things sustainable and avoid excess waste. Some items are one-time runs that won't return, while others may come back depending on demand, materials, and capacity. We recommend snagging things while they're available, and following along on social or our newsletter for restock announcements when they happen.

Every purchase directly supports Women In Ranching's mission — funding education, mentorship, and community programming for women in agriculture. When you shop with us, you're not just getting great merch, you're investing in a more connected, resilient future for women on the land.
