Meet the Facilitators & Speakers

  • Tiffany, her husband, and two daughters raise cattle and horses. Deeply rooted in ranching, Blackfeet culture, and a love for horses, Tiffany finds fulfillment in raising her children in this way of life.

Tiffany holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and an associate degree in equine management, bringing a wealth of experience to her various roles. After spending 10 years as a school district Business Manager, she now embraces her life as a full-time ranch and rodeo wife, sports and 4-H mom, business owner and part-time consultant.

She serves as President of Sapoo Horsemanship, a newly established non-profit, and owns Deep Creek Feeds, a small, family-run livestock mineral business. She enjoys colt starting with her husband and the peaceful hours spent at the barn as a family.

Tiffany is a facilitator and co-leader of Women in Ranching's "Rooted in the Land" program, created by Indigenous women for Indigenous women. She has cultivated Spirit of the Horse, annual youth girls leadership, horsemanship and Blackfeet Culture camp held each July since 2024. Passionate about her community, she serves as an ambassador for agriculture, women of the land, and the Blackfeet Nation.

  • Ms. Jessica is a lifetime country girl, small-town Montana resident.  She received an Associate of Science degree in addictions counseling and Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Great Falls. In 2014, Jessica became a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and a PATH Registered Level Riding Instructor and since then has integrated her God-given purpose to treat addiction with the partnership of her horses through her candid approach.

Through a collection of lifelong experiences with horses, a compilation of eclectic theories and counseling practices, and a personal journey in sobriety, Jessica has intertwined this experience, knowledge, and expertise with her Christian values and developed the "Nuts and Bolts" of treating Addiction with EFP to assist adolescents, adults, families, and communities in building long-term recovery. She also contracts with schools, youth riding camps and gives riding lessons in her spare time.

  • Sierra is a rancher, wife, and proud mom of three, living a full life rooted in faith, family, and hard work. As a stay-at-home mom and homeschooler, she dedicates her days to raising and educating her kids while helping run our ranch. She’s a passionate rodeo competitor, specializing in barrel racing and breakaway roping, and I loves teaching her kids the rodeo way of life. Before this chapter, she spent four years as an elementary school teacher, but she’s since stepped away from public education to focus on her family and life as a stay-at-home ranch wife.

  • Carol Murray is from Badger Creek near Browning, Mt. She now lives along the Two Medicine River on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation. She has dedicated her life to preserving and revitalizing Native American culture, especially for her people, the Amskapii Piikanii (Blackfeet Nation).

Carol earned her degrees from Blackfeet Community College and Montana State University, working for 36 years at Blackfeet Community College in various leadership roles. Carol now serves as an advisor for the Blackfoot Gallery at the Glenbow Museum in Calgary and has co-curated for the Smithsonian Institution.
